Booth Plans Shipping FAQ
in the United States: Unless
otherwise stated your order will be sent 2-3 day delivery.
Please allow for 24 hours to process your order. Payment
via e-check takes longer. Weekend days and us post office
holidays will affect shipping time. Also if you order on
a Friday we will not ship until Monday.
long will it take to get my order in the USA? If you
live within the lower 48 states from the day of your order
about 3-4 business days. We need at least 24 hours to process
your order and we ship the next day.
about postal holidays and weekends? Weekends and holidays
do not count as shipping days so if you order on Friday,
Saturday or Sunday your order will not physically ship until
need the plans overnight I have to build this booth now!!!
Yes we can do this for an extra fee contact us via e-mail

address. We only ship to the confirmed paypal address
or the address you enter in using paypal quick pay.

we ship to any country in the world. You can order the plans
through this site. If you have any troubles doing this please
e-mail us so we can take care of you.
does my international Order ship? Orders from outside
of the united states unless otherwise stated are shipped
USPS Priority international mail from United States Post
Office. Depending on your countries mail system and customs
this could take from 7-15 days. Be sure if you do an international
order you check your address and postal code before ordering.
would like my order sent faster than this how can this be
done? Contact us via e-mail and simply give us your
address and country and we can calculate how much shipping
will cost for you. We can get you a shipping price quote
LLC Terms of Sale & Policy
LLC and Justin Lynch own the intellectual property of these
designs. They cannot be displayed in any public or digital
forum for any reason.
LLC is not responsible for any acts of God fire, flood,
and injury while using or building our designs. All materials
are general construction
The purchase of this product grants the end user or owner
of the paypal account one build of our design for non-profit
or resale. You may not trade these designs or give them
to a 3rd party contractor without written consent. We will
not offer technical support or project management to any
3rd party contractor without a License agreement purchased
through DAWBOX LLC. Failing to do so will result in
legal action. Any Film House, Contactor, Church, School
or Practice space company, Non profit organization, may
not build our design beyond one unit without written consent
and a license fee per build to be determined by us. You
may not use this design as a lesson in your school or as
a learning project.
Support: DAWBOX considers anything outside of basic
customer service as technical support. Interfacing with
home improvement stores, 3rd party contractors, answering
whom, what and why questions. Anything outside of taking
care of your order or answering pre sales questions.
Failure or Replacement. All discs are tested before shipping.
If you lose your DVD or scratch it disc replacement is the
full price of the plans. If the disc has an error or it
will not play you must return it within 7 days. Failure
to review the disc within this period or report any errors
with it we will not replace it for free. If your disc has
an issue simply notify us within this period. Please make
sure you do not have an issue with your
Player. Some old computers and DVD players will not play
discs correctly. We are not responsible for your faulty
playback equipment. Once it has been determined your disc
is faulty or will not play within this period after permission
from us you can send it back to us packaged correctly so
that we can test it ourselves. If it proves to be faulty
we will send you a replacement within 7 days (48 States).
We will simply refund the cost of your shipment method for
USPS Priority only.
Replacement: If you lose your booklet we can send you a
replacement. Booklet replacement is the full current price
of the plans plus shipping
Updates Policy: If we have a product update that we wish
to offer you we will contact you about it via e-mail and
offer it to you. This may delay shipping up to 14 days.
If you verbally decide to do this via e-mail we will hold
your order until we can ship you the new updates included
in the plans. We reserve the right to make these offerings
"as a courtesy" while we are in the middle of
updates we think may benefit you. We also reserve the right
to simply ship the current version of our plans while making
any new updates.
Updates Policy: From time to time we will update our SKU
list and price list for materials. We will also make changes
and offer more features. We reserve the exclusive right
to offer our new designs at full price. We will not offer
free updates to any of our past clients. This is a business
and out time, ideas and the work we put into our product
save our clients time and money. In order for us to continue
offering a product that is fresh with new ideas and solutions
like any software you purchase we need to make a living.
If we come out with an update after shipping your older
version we will not offer you the new update. All sales
List: We will make a content effort to update our prices
and materials list. We will not send the list to you digitally
for any reason. If you are a past contractor or client we
will not send this list digitally. You can simply buy a
new version of the plans with the latest updates and offerings.
We are not responsible for any material price changes due
to market fluctuation and location. We are not responsible
if the material becomes taken off the market for any reason
or is not available in your location. For this reason we
keep the designs as universal as possible so that you can
use substitutions with general construction materials all
over the world.
Delay: DAWBOX is not responsible if you sit on your
hands and do not build your project. So for that reason
if we decide to offer a newer design or idea in our plans
we reserve that right to charge full price for it. Due to
the nature of instructional media we will not offer upgrades
like software to our clients. New designs, additions and
ideas are considered a brand new project and set of intellectual
property. If you want the new update simply buy another
set of plans.
Project Deadlines: DAWBOX LLC is not responsible for
any project deadline of yours or your clients for any reason.
From time to time there are delays in shipping due to weekday
holidays and the times you order. Orders taken after 3pm
Central Standard Time will be sent out the next business
day. Orders over the weekend do not count as shipping or
processing days. Example 1: If you order between 3pm on
Friday and Sunday your package will not ship until Monday
at 11am. USPS has some holidays on a Monday and this will
further delay shipment. For the most part USPS Priority
is very fast and now trackable for proof of delivery via
Tracking: Tracking is provided as a message to you via the
paypal address you ordered from. We will not provide you
with tracking. Once we process your shipping label it will
automatically send you a USPS delivery notification. Then
once USPS scans it into the system it creates your delivery
info. Please be patient with this there system is not like
UPS or FedEx.
You do not need a paypal account to order our product. You
can simply choose the quick pay option. Make sure that you
have the correct address. Once we ship your package we will
not re-direct it or refund your order. For current Payapal
users it is best to double check your address if you have
moved. We will only ship to the account listed in the order.
Mistakes: The shipping address you give us is the one we
will ship to. For this reason we will ship the next day
on all orders. If you make a mistake or notice you have
your old paypal address please contact us via email@example.com
ASAP and use the headline "Wrong Address!" (Please

older one. Please allow us up to 5-7 business days to refund

Acoustic Foam Policy: All sales are final, no refunds for
any reason. We are not responsible for any deadlines in
your project. Please allow for 24-48 hours processing time
to cut and pack your order. This is done during normal business
days. Please allow for 5-7 business days for UPS to ship.
Acoustic Foam Shipping Policy: We will only ship foam orders
to a confirmed paypal account. All orders that do not have
a confirmed account will be refunded with a notification
from us. If this happens simply log into paypal and confirm
your account then re-order.
do not ship acoustic foam outside of the United States for
Acoustic Foam Shipping: Acoustic foam will ship UPS ground
5-7 days within the 48 lower states. If you ordered a plans
and acoustic foam kit your plans will arrive first via USPS
and your foam a few days after that UPS.
Acoustic Foam Tracking: We will not have tracking automatically
for your acoustic foam order. It will be provided upon request.
Acoustic Foam Un-pack: Once you get your DAWBOX Acoustic
Foam please un-pack it in a safe place right away when you
get it and allow for 12 hours for it to expand to the correct
size. If you leave it packed for too long and it becomes
damaged we will not offer a refund or exchange.
